SEAMLESS INTEGRATION WITH ANY VENUE
During a virtual event there are many moving parts, and it is crucial for the key people and technologies to work together. Prior to any event, we will coordinate with the venue staff and perform an in-person site visit to confirm technical details. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, our process is to follow a detailed "run of show" timeline.
As live event experts, we are comfortable whether there is a large A/V team on the venue side or no in-venue A/V support at all! We hold your hand through the entire process and step in to help wherever we can.
