CUSTOM GRAPHICS CREATION
Live streamed events require lots of graphics to present a professional image. Prior to your event we will request marketing guidelines such as brand color preferences and the logo for your organization.
Our team will create the graphics needed for your event and send a preview document so that you can review and approve all of the branding elements which will display on-screen and online.
SITE CHECK
Before every event a site check is performed by our production team. During this visit to the event space we diagnose all of the technical aspects of the venue to ensure that our production goes off without a hitch.
Some of the many tasks completed during this visit include determining camera positions and checking site lines as well as scouting venue integration points such as audio feeds, power supply, internet capability and more!
PRE-PRODUCTION PLANNING
Proper planning allows for a video to come to life before the first shot ever begins. It is crucial for all members of the production to be aligned with your vision from start to finish.
An ideal pre-production process will lay out everything from timelines to camera angles and even creation of on-screen graphic elements to give the video a polished look.
